An established FMCG manufacturer in Irvine is seeking a Development Chemist to join its Technical NPD team. This hands-on formulation role involves taking products from lab development to manufacturing scale-up and market launch, focusing on product development and formulation ownership. Candidates should have a degree in Chemistry, at least 3 years of formulation development experience, and proven skills in managing NPD projects.
