Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to expand our workforce across our Intermediate Care Services at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. The Irvine Unit is supported by 2 ward-based Doctors and a consultant, while Rye Memorial and Milton Grange are supported by local GPs.

We deliver excellent patient care in a challenging and motivational workplace. Our aim is to maximise patient care using all resources available, reducing the length of stay and maintaining patient flow. We achieve this by holding a daily board round encompassing all multi-disciplinary teams to establish the needs of the patient, management plans and safe discharges. We provide care and rehabilitation for a wide range of medical conditions including Stroke, Orthopaedic and general medicine.
