Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Status: Temp-to-Hire

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (early out schedule)

• Pay: $22–24 per hour (DOE)
• Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA
• Background check and drug screening required

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‑on position, can work independently, and keeps work areas clean, safe, and organized. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with stable hours and a supportive team environment.

• Log and oversee all incoming and outgoing products
• Record and maintain inventory of all promotional materials (samples)
• Pick up and deliver products as needed (lifting up to 50 lbs required)
• Clean, organize, and maintain the storage room and packing areas
• Package and prepare all outgoing products for shipment
• Order and restock shipping supplies
• Organize beverages and snacks in the kitchen when Costco deliveries arrive
• Restock refrigerator with drinks when needed
• Perform monthly physical inventory counts of products
• Assist the Logistics Coordinator with entering purchase orders and receiving items in Quick Books

• 2–3 years of previous warehouse or inventory experience required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills; experience with Quick Books a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
