Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading pharmacuretical manufacturing and distribution company in Irvine, CA, and we're seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join their hardworking team.

As a Warehouse Associate, you play a central role in ensuring products, materials, and shipments move accurately and efficiently through the facility. From inventory accuracy to clean documentation, your work helps the entire operation function at its best.

Location:

Fully onsite in Irvine, CA

Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire

Schedule:

8:30AM - 5PM, Mon-Fri

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy
• Perform timely and accurate data entry into the warehouse or ERP system
• Maintain detailed notes on inventory movement, discrepancies, and order status
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and support reconciliation efforts
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow standard operating procedures and support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or shipping/rceiving experience
• Strong data entry skills and comfort using computer systems
• High attention to detail with strong documentation habits
• Ability to lift, move, or carry materials as needed
• Reliable, hardworking, and team‑oriented
