Warehouse Worker

B. Braun, a global medical company, seeks a Warehouse Worker to support production by handling materials, operating forklifts, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Under the direction of the supervisor, the warehouseman receives raw and sample materials, releases applicable materials, assigns and locates materials, labels materials, and interfaces with Purchasing and QC groups. Operates various fork trucks, uses the LCS system, assists the Label Room as needed, performs routine physical inventory, delivers and receives materials, and maintains all related paperwork.

• Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Move, stock, receive and pack outbound warehouse merchandise.
• Assist in inventory level maintenance and counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations.
• At higher job levels, possess comprehensive subject matter knowledge.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to subordinates.

• Assignments are routine and repetitive within narrowly defined parameters.
• Work under direct supervision with detailed verbal/written instructions.
• Uses established procedures to accomplish tasks.
• Some limited judgment may be required to resolve problems.
• Lateral contact primarily with supervisor, peers, and subordinates.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 0–3 years related experience.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed.
• 1–2 years sit‑down forklift experience.

Salary: $29 per hour.

Shift: EWN – Thursday to Saturday (rotating Wednesdays), 4:00 pm to 4:00 am.

Moderate work – Exerting up to 40 lbs occasionally; 20 lbs frequently; 10 lbs constantly.
