A growing warehouse and distribution operation is looking for an experienced Stock Controller to take full ownership of stock accuracy, processes, and a small stock control team.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead from the front – ensuring stock is received, stored, controlled, and reported accurately to support teams and customers across the UK.

• Owning all stock control activity, accuracy, reporting, and reconciliation
• Leading, coaching, and developing a small team of stock control operatives
• Managing FIFO, stock rotation, slow movers, specials, and damaged goods
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and H&S
• Producing weekly/monthly stock reports and driving continuous improvement
• Liaising with purchasing, sales, and operations to keep stock flowing
• Supporting Goods In/Out and picking during peak periods
• Overseeing stock held at third‑party warehouses when required

• Proven experience in stock control or warehouse operations
• Confident using stock management systems
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel occasionally
• Physically fit and happy to assist with stock handling when needed
