USOC Medical is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Warehouse Clerk.

• Performs data entry electronically; reports daily material movement, purge requests, pre-alert entries, customer web entries, transfers, etc.
• Completes filing of material documents
• Systematically records the movement of material from order request forms and/or transfer sheets
• Systematically receives and verifies quantities of incoming materials
• Performs warehouse duties such as cleaning, sweeping and organizing materials to maintain a safe working environment
• Assists material handlers and other personnel in the movement of materials
• Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
• May perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 or more years of data entry experience, preferred
• Able to use manual moving equipment including pallet jacks, carts, etc.
• Email and written messaging with basic Excel knowledge
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred
• Must be able to work in fast-paced team environment with close supervision
• Intermediate English abilities required
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies

• Warehouse environment (may not be climate-controlled)
• Lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
• Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for 8 hours
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching
