Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:45 PM

The Warehouse Associate Lead is responsible for departmental organization, staff scheduling, and daily management of warehouse operations. They contribute to safety, accuracy, productivity, and facility maintenance, and assist in coordinating activities under the direction of the Supervisor or Manager.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to maximize warehouse efficiency
• Support and implement company initiatives to promote employee morale and team building
• Enforce safety programs to provide a safe and clean work environment
• Provide direction and motivation for the floor team to promote efficiency, quality, and accuracy
• Monitor warehouse overtime
• Distribute work to associates to meet daily production goals
• Assist in training for new hires and additional training for the team as needed
• Identify and communicate safety hazards or incidents
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to operate various types of equipment including manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with candidates and employees
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties effectively
