• Title: Dispatcher – Full Time
• Location: Irvine, CA
• Hours: Monday‑Friday 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Compensation: $26–$28 per hour
• Travel: Minimal (1‑10%)

The dispatcher plays a central role in ensuring safe, efficient street sweeping operations. Typical responsibilities include:

• Monitor driver logs for errors, violations, and working hours
• Flag potential weather‑related issues for drivers
• Ensure DOT compliance
• Analyze and plan efficient routes to meet customer needs cost‑effectively
• Review daily work orders and deploy resources
• Track progress, process orders, and address concerns
• Monitor equipment availability
• Validate completed services for accuracy
• Provide records to support invoicing
• Use Excel and routing software for scheduling and verification
• Answer calls and provide dispatch instructions as needed
• Communicate progress and resolve driver issues
• Maintain operational and compliance records
• Use judgment and elevate issues when necessary
• Identify ways to optimize routing and service delivery
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance

• Education: High School diploma or GED
• Experience: 1–2 years dispatch experience; waste and recycling services experience preferred
• Age: Minimum 18 years old
• Compliance: Must successfully pass background check and drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law

• Operate computer, keyboard, phone, and routing software efficiently
• Follow safety procedures when communicating with drivers or handling work order issues
