The Administrator - Parts Logistics position will be responsible for supporting, planning, organizing, evaluating, and reporting all activities associated to the Parts Distribution business. Their responsibilities will include analyzing relevant data, formulating reports, developing presentation, supporting with selecting and managing carriers, prepare network organization studies and support new business development.
Responsibilities- Support daily operations as related to Parts Logistics
- Requires daily support with communication and direct operations with all issues
- Assist in financial and operational due diligence, when applicable, by collecting and analyzing financial and operational data
- Prepare analysis, projections and forecasts as they relate to Parts Distribution
- Collect historical data, and research/consider trends (from an internet source or target company’s internal systems) to develop a reasonable forecast
- Prepare project status reports, profitability reports, executive summaries and presentations as needed
- Assist develop KPI to measure the effectiveness of the carriers/service providers
- Assist develop, issue, maintain and analyze RFQ responses from carriers/service providers as needed
- Monitor, report, and resolve daily operational/billing activities and prepare monthly forecast and accruals as needed
- Assist with departmental projects such as system development and RFP submissions
- Formulate project reports as requested by Glovis Korea, Finance, or Operations departments
- Develop recommendations and prepare necessary approval documents for management in Operations and Finance
- Provide customer with KPI reporting as requested
- Monitor daily operations as related to Parts Distribution (may require daily communication with carriers and customers, directly investigations to verify and resolve customer complaint)
- Support annual business plan preparation
- Assist with all business activities with EDI and manual invoicing
- Prepare month end updates, invoices, and monthly accruals
- Other duties as assigned
$68,000-$78,000 annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required
- Advanced PC skills:
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other database management Required - Ability to logically and systematically through problems Required
- Must possess necessary interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with different departments along with current customers Required
- SAP experience Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 5 - 8 years of related experience in Parts Logistics, Logistics, Vehicle Distribution Required
- 6 - 9 years of related experience in Parts Logistics, Logistics, Vehicle Distribution, Automotive Industry Preferred
- Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
- Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
- Possibility of both international and domestic travel - 5%
- Lift up to 20lbs.
