Our local Domino’s Pizza franchise organization is growing and in need of motivated, friendly individuals for driver positions at our Rancho Santa Margarita and Irvine (Michelson Dr.) locations. All you need is a great can‑do attitude, high energy, and excellent customer rapport. We’ll provide the rest. Part‑time options: 12–25 hours per week. Applicants should have a safe, reliable car, insurance, and a 3‑year driving history with 3 tickets or less in the last 3 years.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training – Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication Skills – Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; must be able to make correct monetary change; verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Work Conditions – Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas; sudden changes in temperature; fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing – Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments – Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements – Standing (most tasks from standing position); walking (short distances for short durations); sitting (paperwork at desk); lifting (bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb); carrying (various weights); pushing (to move trays); climbing (infrequent); stooping/bending (short bouts); crouching/squatting (occasionally); reaching (continuous, up/down/forward); hand tasks (eye‑hand coordination).

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids – Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.

• Deliver product by car to customer’s door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
