Warehouse Operator – Japanese Bilingual

Location:

Irvine, CAFulltime Position: M-F 8AM
-5PM
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

• Receiving and inspecting incoming cargo
• Picking, packing, and preparing shipping labels for outbound products
• Managing inventory locations and assisting with stocktaking
• Ordering shipping materials and necessary supplies (infrequently)
• Entering data into the accounting system (Net Suite)
• Requesting shipping quotes and coordinating with carriers
• Local deliveries to customers or pick-ups from suppliers
• Handling inbound and outbound cargo using a forklift

• 2–3 years of practical experience in warehouse operations
• Basic PC skills (data entry, Excel, etc.)
• Forklift operation experience (license holders preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (driving experience of medium sized trucks preferred)
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility in handling tasks

• Company Lunch:
  Once a week
• Paid Time Off (after 90-day probation period):
• 1st–3rd year of employment: 40 hours per year
• 4th–10th year of employment: 80 hours per year
• Over 10 years of employment: 120 hours per year
• Sick Leave: 40 hours per year
• Health Insurance (Cal Choice):
  Effective from the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
• Medical: 75% covered by company / Dependents 50%
• Dental: 75% covered by company / Dependents 50%
