Irvine Youth Soccer league (IYSL) Offers recreational soccer for kids ages 4-12 in the Irvine, CA area. We are looking to hire a few enthusiastic youth soccer coaches to help us run sessions at our Irvine locations. We would like candidates to have an understanding of the game of soccer and enjoy working with kids. We offer rewarding work in a positive environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and will be committed to helping kids have fun while they learn the basic fundamentals of soccer.

Requirements:

Currently live within a reasonable commute to Irvine, CA (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE AREA!)

4:30-7:00/8:00 PM Monday-Friday (Flexible Schedule. Do not need to be available every day)

Minimum Age: 16 Years Old

Must Speak English

Responsibilities:

Lead and instruct 8-12 kids with success

Demonstrate proper form and technique

Implement specialized training curriculum

Setup and cleanup fields efficiently

Ensure programs are effective, safe, and fun

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a youth soccer coach preferred, not required

Experience as a soccer player required

Ability to train boys and girls ages 4-12 at beginner/intermediate skill levels

Passion for youth soccer and kids

Ability to build rapport with players and provide a fun environment

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
