Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with experience in GO, Python React, FastAPI, AWS, Kubernetes and containerized application to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the custom applications needed to bridge the gap between operations and customer delivery.

• Design, Document, Develop, and Maintain Full Stack web application for various business use cases.
• Build scalable APIs and interfaces using GO, FastAPI deployed in AWS.
• Engage directly with customer-facing and operations teams to identify friction points and automate or streamline tasking, monitoring, and delivery process.
• Act as a force multiplier by applying technical insight and product sensibility to improve workflows across departments.
• Contribute to Software Engineering sprints by taking ownership of tasks across the stack.
• Ensure application reliability, performance, and maintainability by participating in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Maintain awareness of cloud-native best practices and promote engineering standards that enhance velocity and quality.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in full stack application development, including production deployments in AWS environments.
• Proficiency with FastAPI, Go, React or modern js/ts.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud native design patterns.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS CDK, Terraform, or other IaC tools.
• Exposure to real time data pipelines, messaging queues, or event‑driven architecture.
• Prior experience building internal tools or operational automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of IAM policies, API Gateway, Lambda, Dynamo
  
  DB, and other AWS managed services.

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 depending on experience,

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and frequent walking. Daily use of a computer, phone, office equipment and other computing and digital devices is required. May be required to stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel may be necessary, so the ability to travel by plane, operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license and/or effectively navigate public transportation is required.
