We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own and evolve the core data infrastructure powering real-world hardware and manufacturing systems.

This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership IC role focused on real‑time data processing, platform scalability, and system reliability. This is not an analytics or BI role — you’ll be building the underlying systems that move, process, and serve mission‑critical data with low latency and high availability.

• Large-scale data lake architecture and modernization
• Backend data services built on top of the data platform
• Orchestration frameworks for batch and streaming workloads
• Highly reliable, observable systems with clear SLAs
• Secure platform deployments across constrained environments
• New platform capabilities alongside hardening and scaling existing systems

• 6+ years of experience (Senior) or 8–10+ years (Staff) in software and data platform engineering
• Strong backend engineering experience on data‑intensive systems
• Experience building and operating data lakes
• Hands‑on experience with streaming and batch data systems
• Strong distributed systems and platform architecture fundamentals

• Python

• Build and own the data backbone for real‑world, mission‑critical systems
• High ownership with real architectural influence
