Senior Graphics Programmer – AAA RPG Studio

Our client, a leading AAA game studio, is looking for an experienced graphics programmer to join their team for an upcoming high‑profile RPG project. This role involves close collaboration with artists and designers to bring the game's visual vision to life using Unreal Engine.

• Work alongside the creative team to implement the artistic vision of the game
• Analyze and optimize performance and memory usage across PC and console platforms
• Develop and maintain tools to improve artist workflows
• Author shaders, visual effects, and rendering systems
• Research and suggest improvements to pipelines, processes, and rendering workflows

• Passion for gaming and real‑time graphics technology
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in PC and console game development
• Strong proficiency in C/C++
• Experience with GPU programming, HLSL, Direct
  
  X, or equivalent graphics APIs
• Skilled in multi‑threaded programming, performance analysis, and optimization
• Strong mathematical foundation for graphics programming
• Experience with Unreal Engine and modern rendering techniques

• Self‑motivated and capable of delivering high‑quality work on schedule
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
