The Sr Robotics Software Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software for robotics applications. Day-to-day tasks include programming, implementing object-oriented software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize systems, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle. The engineer will also identify and resolve technical challenges to develop efficient, innovative automation solutions.
Qualifications- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Software Development, and Programming
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with robotics systems and a strong understanding of motion control and automation tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
