Java Full Stack Developer

Infosys is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer – in this role, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts such as program specifications and test plans; independently develop and review code; and contribute to the go‑live plan. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high‑quality, defect‑free solutions that meet our clients’ business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate; the position may require travel to project locations.

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Java, React
  
  JS, CSS3, HTML5, Node.js, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, DHTML.
• Experience with framework modules such as Spring MVC, JDBC, IO, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud for Microservices, Spring REST, transactions, and integration with AWS.
• Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud platform with its features including EC2, SNS, EBS, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail and S3.

• Experience in using Lambda Expressions, Functional interfaces, Stream API, Time API, and improvements on collections, concurrency, and IO using Java 8.
• Expertise in Docker container service, build pipelines such as Jenkins, Git for continuous integration and continuous deployment that run on the cloud.
• Experience in CI/CD processes using Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Fabric implementation.
• Design and implement REST/RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Develop automation scripts/tools, support CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions/Jenkins/Git Lab), artifacts, environment promotion, release governance, and collaboration on cloud architecture.
• Expertise in SRE, Datadog, Splunk Log Management for creating dashboards, monitoring, reporting, and email notification to limited users; hands‑on experience with tools like ANT, Maven, and Log4J.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time, and requires the ability to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
