You will join a 6500 person global R&D function, building and operating cloud-native products used by thousands of enterprise clients worldwide across energy, power grids, oil & gas, renewable energy, water, manufacturing, and industrial IoT.
This is a hands-on engineering role with deep exposure to C#, .NET, cloud architecture, CI/CD, Dev Ops, infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines, monitoring and reliability engineering. Your work directly contributes to global energy sustainability, efficiency and industrial transformation.
We are looking for full-lifecycle engineers who have owned development end-to-end, ideally in start-up environments, greenfield product teams, or any setting where engineers understand how their code directly influences the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance cloud-enabled software solutions used across North America, Europe, and the Middle East
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows
- Support cloud operations teams to ensure reliability, stability, security, and performance of production environments
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud architectures
- Apply modern Dev Ops principles (IaC, observability, containers, automation)
- Participate in incident response, diagnostics, and performance optimisation
- Produce and review architecture diagrams, documentation, and operational procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement across tooling, processes, and cloud platform best practices
Technical:
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Cloud proficiency in Azure or AWS (administration, APIs, operational tooling)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, IaC, and containerisation (Terraform, ARM, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with microservices, APIs, serverless patterns, REST
- Ability to design clean, scalable cloud architectures and explain trade-offs
- Experience working in Agile teams
Soft Skills:
- Clear communication, especially when explaining technical decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in global, cross-functional engineering teams
- High attention to detail and an ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Azure or AWS (Not necessary, practical experience is more important)
- Experience with in cloud environments
- Knowledge of information security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Experience in large distributed systems
- Basic scripting (Power Shell, Python, NodeJS)

Interview Process
- Completed Cloud Architecture Assessment
- 30-minute screening call with Technical Talent Acquisition
- 60-minute behavioural interview
- 90-minute technical interview, including:
