This position will play a critical role in new product development and sustaining development for existing platforms. In this position, you will collaborate with other members of the R&D team, developers, IT, and more. The ideal candidate has a passion for product development, excellent teamwork, partnering, and negotiation skills. You are a highly motivated self-starter who can achieve results with minimal direction.

• Architect andmaintaincomplex Azure Pipelines for multi-target builds
• Standardizebuild environments using Docker and Dev Containers
• Design CI workflows for embedded firmware using Keil , GCC , and Clang
• Maintain and optimize MSBuild pipelines for Windows-based builds
• Manage internal package distribution using Nu Get
• Improve buildreliability, performance, and traceability
• Define CI/CD standards, templates, and best practices
• Design anddeveloptest fixtures and platforms tofacilitateproductcode functionality and efficacy

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Scientific field with 4-6 years of experience ininfrastructure for embedded and application development
• Strongexpertisewith Azure Dev Ops and YAML-based Azure Pipelines
• Deep experience with Docker for build isolation
• Hands-on experience with embedded build systems ( Keil , GCC, Clang )
• Advanced knowledge of MSBuild
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Power Shell, Bash, Python) including test development and execution
• Experience debugging complex CI build failures

• Experience with hardware-software integration
• Experience with software testing, static analysis, and debugging at the hardware/software interface (ICE/JTAG)
• Experience with softwaretestrequirements and design documentation
• Excellent documentation and communication skills in writing and speech
• Experience with cross-platform and cross-compiler CI pipelines
• Knowledge of reproducible builds and build provenance
• Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or firmware validation pipelines
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Knowledge of networking and storage systems
• Experience in medical devices or another regulated industry
• Familiarity with networking protocols, including wireless and Bluetooth
• Understanding of object-oriented design and methodology, including UML
