The Tibco Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO software products.
This role focuses on enabling seamless communication between multiple systems, ensuring data consistency, and supporting business process automation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.x/6.x), EMS, and adapters including ADB, R/3, and File Adapter.
- Create and optimize workflows for Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) implementations.
- Integrate enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and external web services using TIBCO integration technologies.
- Develop and support SOAP and REST web services, XML transformations, and JMS-based messaging solutions.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing, troubleshooting issues across environments.
- Generate EAR files and deploy applications using TIBCO Administrator.
- Monitor and optimize TIBCO applications to ensure performance, high availability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, deployment guides, and integration process documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience working on TIBCO integration projects.
- Strong experience with TIBCO Business Works (5.x and 6.x), EMS, RV, Active Matrix, and TIBCO Administrator.
- Solid understanding of integration concepts, including EAI, SOA, and API management.
- Proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, and XPath.
- Experience developing and consuming SOAP and REST web services.
- Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools including Git and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Data Dog and Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and integration best practices.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise integration environments.
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid integration architectures.
- TIBCO Certified Professional or equivalent (preferred).
