A Tibco Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining integration solutions using Tibco software products. The role focuses on enabling seamless communication between enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and supporting business process automation.

• Core Tibco Tools:
  Business Works BW 5.x and 6, EMS RV, Active Matrix TIBCO Administrator
• Integration Concepts: EAI, SOA, API management
• Web Services: SOAP, REST
• Database:
  Oracle, SQL Server
• Version Control & CICD:
  Git, Jenkins

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Tibco integration projects
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and integration best practices
• Certifications such as Tibco Certified Professional are a plus

• Develop and implement integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works, BW EMS, and ADB R3 and File adapters
• Create and optimize workflows for Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

• Implement SOAP/REST web services, XML transformations and JMS messaging

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshoot issues
• Generate EAR files and deploy applications using TIBCO Administrator
• Monitor and optimize Tibco applications for high availability and scalability
• Work closely with business analysts, architects and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides and maintain integration process records
