Software Engineer, AI Engineer
Field AI is transforming how robots interact with the real world. We are building risk‑aware, reliable, and field‑ready AI systems that address the most complex challenges in robotics, unlocking the full potential of embodied intelligence. We go beyond typical data‑driven approaches or pure transformer‑based architectures, and are charting a new course, with already‑globally‑deployed solutions delivering real‑world results and rapidly improving models through real‑field applications.
We’re looking for a Software Engineer, Product to build and own customer‑facing products at the intersection of embodied AI, robotics, and real‑world data. You’ll work closely with AI, robotics, product, and commercial teams to transform robotically captured data from complex construction environments into intuitive, high‑impact software used on active job sites around the world.
This is a hands‑on role for engineers who enjoy shipping real products, operating close to customers, and seeing their work deployed beyond a lab or dashboard.
