Import Operator (Japanese/English Bilingual)
Job DescriptionFull-time | $40,000 - $60,000 | Irvine, CA
We are seeking a bilingual Import Operator (English/Japanese) to join an established import company specializing in medical device components and industrial lighting products. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative and positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with freight forwarders and other vendors for quotations and shipment arrangements
- Manage logistics schedules with carriers and transportation partners
- Handle labeling, inventory management, and related documentation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipment records
- Communicate effectively with Japanese manufacturers and domestic stakeholders
- Fluent in both Japanese and English
- Positive and professional mindset, with the ability to contribute to company growth
- Proactive and self‑motivated, able to work independently without waiting for instructions
- Valid U.S. work authorization
- Mon‑Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / in‑person
- Entry level: $40K – $50K /year
- Experienced: $50–60K /year (DOE)
