Cityside Fiber seeks an experienced Install Technician II to join our Field Operations team. You'll be responsible for professional installation and maintenance of fiber internet services in residential homes, ensuring quality connections and exceptional customer experiences. Success requires technical expertise, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

• Install fiber internet service in residential homes, including cable routing, splicing, router setup, and connection testing.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on fiber equipment and infrastructure.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards for all installations.
• Document installations/maintenance activities per company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers to schedule visits, explain services, and resolve issues.
• Work independently and collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and equipment inventory.
• Support team leads and report to the Field Operations Manager.
• Uphold Cityside Fiber's values of trust, integrity, and innovation.

• 3+ years as an ISP installation technician (fiber experience preferred).
• High school diploma/GED required, technical certifications a plus.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot home internet systems and equipment.
• Lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Customer service excellence with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable insured vehicle.

• $26/hr. (Actual starting rate may vary based on candidate’s qualifications)
