ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Tech.

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for mechanical service calls and in-house repairs throughout facility and grounds. With some supervision will perform work in more than glycol of the maintenance trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Working with contractors.

Pay:
Besitzer> $42/HR

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsible for mechanical service calls and in-house repairs throughout facility and grounds. With some supervision will perform work in more than one of the maintenance trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Working with contractors.

• Perform building maintenance as required, i.e. painting, plumbing repairs, etc.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facilities equipment, i.e. air compressor, HVAC system, etc.
• Will work from rough sketches and drawings.
• Oversee contract work.
• Maintain and update maintenance records, logs, and documentation in accordance with ISO, GMP, and company policies.
• Respond to facility alarms, excursions, and emergency situations, ensuring systems return to operational standards quickly. Being able to be on call and work after hours.
• Support cleanroom environmental controls, including pressure differentials, temperature, humidity, and particle monitoring.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to support cleanroom operations and continuous improvement.
• Follow all cleanroom contamination control procedures, including proper gowning, sanitization, and cleaning protocols.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) programs.

• In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

• -ar least 5 years of experience in Facilities Technician or equivalent related functions.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, filtration systems, and building utilities.
• Basic understanding of electrical, fire alarm systems and control systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 14644 cleanroom classifications and GMP regulations (preferred).
