Commercial HVAC Service Technician

We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.

• Knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, heat pump, and HVAC equipment
• Responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems

• 5+ years of field experience as a Licensed Journeyman in HVAC
• Must have an EPA Certification (608) Universal License
• Commercial experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
• Knowledge and experience with hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments
• Participates in ongoing training to stay updated on the newest equipment and latest software for HVAC equipment
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Valid Driver’s license and good driving record

Compensation Range
: $48.41 - $56.95 per hour. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
