Service Technician – Refrigeration

We are a full‑service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor committed to delivering high‑quality consulting services and customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single‑source solutions include turnkey in‑house capabilities with design assistance, engineering applications, and automated control systems.

• Repair and maintain refrigeration racks and one‑on‑one systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all refrigeration‑related equipment.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Apply solid knowledge of building blueprints.
• Mentor and train lower‑level technicians.
• Adhere to job site safety standards.
• Remain organized and perform work under pressure.
• Work self‑motivated with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safe work practices in support of OSHA Health & Safety and NFPA 70e standards.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining commercial equipment of similar type and size, together with a current Universal CFC certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas.
• Knowledge and experience with safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, or squat for extended periods; lift, move, or carry material up to 50 lbs; climb stairs, ladders, and work at extended heights.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as dust mask, gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection.
• Working knowledge of desktop computers and internet‑based programs for required annual training.
• Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Compensation Range: $48.41 – $56.95 per hour (rate determined by CBA/rate sheet and test results). Benefits are provided through the local labor union aligned with the collective bargaining agreement.
