Security Officer - Driver Roving Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential apartment community;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, amenity areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify issues;
Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying authorization, and directing visitors;
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and notify management or emergency services as needed;
Complete accurate and timely reports, activity logs, and incident documentation
