Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential apartment community.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, amenities, and the property perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and access concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including noise complaints, disturbances, unauthorized persons, and property issues, and escalate to local authorities when needed.;
Monitor access points and property activity, assist with visitor and vendor verification per site procedures, and help to maintain controlled entry in common areas.;
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to onsite management and Allied Universal leadership, and support site-specific customer service expectations.
