Come join our family at In‑Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a part‑time Security Guard in our Irvine, CA office. The Security Guard will help maintain the safety and security of the In‑Out Burger facility in Irvine.

• Maintain the safety and security of the Irvine facility and grounds
• Operate the lobby, conduct foot patrols, monitor cameras, and understand the alarm system and emergency procedures
• Serve as a receptionist/greeter in the lobby for all visitors
• Screen and log all visitors entering and exiting the complex
• Conduct routine surveillance; perform security patrols, protocol, and contingency operations
• Contact law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency
• After business hours – check doors, windows, to ensure the property is secure
• Investigate reports of suspicious activity on the property
• Provide excellent customer service; maintain friendliness and professionalism at all times
• Exercise good judgment in day‑to‑day operations
• Work well in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation

• Part‑time position, Hourly (non‑exempt)
• Work hours/shifts available:

• 2:00 p – 10:30 p (Friday/Saturday)
• 10:00 p – 6:30 a (Sunday/Monday)

• Potential to pick up more shifts as needed
• Weekend and holiday availability required

• Pay range: $27.16 – $31.25 per hour (pay determined by experience and other factors)

• Valid California driver’s license – required
• Valid guard card – required
• CA State Firearm permit (Exposed firearm permit) – required
• Security guard experience – preferred
• Prior military experience and/or current/past security guard experience – preferred
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and able to work without constant direct supervision
• High school diploma or GED – required

• Ability to patrol the property and access areas quickly
• Physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
