The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for the client by actively monitoring premises, patrolling a variety of locations, preserving order, enforcing regulations, and providing customer service and information to employees and visitors.

• Actively monitor premises and patrol assigned areas.
• Preserve order by enforcing client regulations and directives.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and customers.
• Respond promptly to incidents and call for assistance as needed.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation.
• Support security operations in a team-oriented environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous security or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle high‑pressure situations.
• Physical ability to perform patrol duties and stand for extended periods.
