We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven experienced medical spa Patient Care Coordinator/Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.
Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Engage in cold calling to generate leads and establish relationships with prospective customers.
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Provide account management services to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on business development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Bilingual Mandarin and English
- Proven experience in Medical spa sales, preferably in Los Angeles and Orange County.
- Strong skills in business development and territory sales management.
- Experience with account management and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to perform cold calling effectively and confidently.
- Familiarity with sales management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and overcoming objections.
Job Type: Full‑time, on‑site
Compensation: $3200/month salary, plus commission. This role offers strong uncapped earning potential, with most compensation coming from performance bonuses.
