• Take inbound calls from clients actively seeking tax relief
• Lead consultative conversations:
  consult → qualify → close
• Educate clients, overcome objections, and confidently close deals
• Hit performance targets and stack commissions
• Compete daily on a sales floor that rewards results

• Proven producers (W-2s, 1099s, or leader board screenshots welcome)
• Strong phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly
• Competitive, coachable, and hungry to win
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments
