Position: Director of National Accounts (Director of National Sales)
Location: Remote, Irvine, CA Corporate
Job Type: Full‑time, Exempt, Salaried
The Director of National Accounts is accountable for the achievement of new business sales growth through the execution of the overall strategies and tactics contained within Frasco’s National Sales Program. The role focuses on seeking, qualifying, and expanding high‑volume opportunities to successfully execute sales strategies and develop business‑model partnerships.
It is a GREAT opportunity for someone early in their sales career (5‑7 years) who is eager to learn, grow, and build partnerships with a growing organization.

- Consistently meet or exceed overall annual sales goals
- Generate pipeline opportunities to achieve sales goals through multi‑channel activities
- Manage and update opportunity pipeline within CRM
- Develop creative strategies to increase new sales both territorially and nationally
- Maintain executive‑level strategic partnerships
- Create professional proposals that communicate compelling solutions and follow proposals through to closing
- Develop targeted marketing and networking activities to identify and reach prospective customers within the target market
- Identify local, state, regional, and national conferences for exhibiting and speaking engagements
- Articulate complex concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals
- Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as a team player
- Represent Frasco professionally at all times, exhibiting exemplary and ethical behavior consistent with Frasco’s vision and core values
- Salary Range: $100k‑$130k, plus commission and bonus opportunities

Requirements- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience selling within the P&C and/or L&H insurance market
- Experience selling within the investigation field is helpful
- Proven track record of selling at the regional/national level to carriers, TPAs, and self‑insured audiences
- Experience presenting to the C, V, and D suite
- Track record of goal attainment and success in selling and closing both remotely and in‑person by creating value and managing a pipeline
- Strong analytical, negotiation, writing, speaking, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver product presentations and written proposals to both groups and individuals
- Demonstrated ability to uncover client needs and propose solutions to close new business
- Disciplined self‑starter with extreme work ethic, initiative, accountability, and ambition
- Highly motivated and independent
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Minimum auto insurance: $100,000 each person / $300,000 each accident bodily injury / $50,000 property damage
- Prior sales experience within the investigations, Medicare, or compliance fields is a plus
- Candidates with a proven track record of business development are encouraged to apply
