WhatYou’ll Do Drive New Business
- Prospect and win new clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and using tools like Linked In, Zoom Info, and Indeed
- Build and execute your sales strategy to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value of our staffing solutions
- Negotiate pricing and agreements with confidence, aligning company standards and client needs
- Build long-term partnerships through consultative, relationship-driven selling
- Manage and expand assigned accounts with high-touch service and proactive communication
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Conduct site visits, service reviews, and safety evaluations as part of full-service account support

- A recent grad or early-career professional — ready and eager to channel that edge into a high‑earning sales career

- Sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to hit goals, KPIs, or performance benchmarks
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self‑starter mindset; able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presence and polished client-facing demeanor
This is a role where your effort directly drives your income:
- Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (this range reflects base pay only)
- Year 1 Total Compensation:
Approximately $75,000–$95,000 (base + estimated commissions of ~$15,000) - Year 2 Total Compensation: $100,000+ as your book of business grows
- Commissions are fully uncapped — actual earnings will vary based on individual performance
- Mileage reimbursement and business expense allowance
- Structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training
- Clear path into senior sales, sales leadership, and revenue roles
- Based out of our Irvine office with regular time in the field across the Orange County territory
