, we are looking for a curious, detail-oriented "Puzzle Solver" to join our sales team. This isn’t a standard cold-calling role. You will be the technical and strategic backbone for our Outside Sales team, specifically focused on mastering the Amazon Marketplace and maintaining the digital integrity of our product catalog across multiple accounts.
You will be mentored by veteran reps to learn the "how" and "why" behind e-commerce success. Your goal? To transform raw data and product specs into high-performing listings that dominate the market.
What You’ll Do Daily- Amazon Account Ownership: Manage the day-to-day "Amazon Puzzle"—handling advertising (PPC), inventory, customer service, and A+ content.
- KPI Management: Track and optimize critical metrics including TACOS, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rates to maximize revenue.
- Digital Merchandising: Build and edit Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across various accounts, ensuring titles, descriptions, and attributes are optimized for both humans and search algorithms.
- Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on the market. You’ll perform regular audits of competitors to ensure UNC Group stays ahead in pricing, presentation, and product application.
- Data Validation & Part Setups: Act as the "source of truth" for our data. You will handle new part setups and validate product information across our systems (Excel, Fishbowl, Salesforce) to ensure 100% accuracy.

Work hand-in-hand with an Account Manager, acting as their "inside" expert to facilitate growth and eventually take full management of key accounts.
- The "Puzzle Solver": You love digging into a problem—whether it's a data discrepancy in Excel or a dip in Amazon sales—and figuring out how to fix it.
- Analytical & Curious: You have a "child-like curiosity." You aren't afraid to ask "Why is this selling?" or "How does this part actually connect to a server?"
- Data-Fluent: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

You find satisfaction in organizing large sets of data, validating links, and ensuring every attribute is correct. - Fresh Perspective: We are looking for recent college graduates (or those early in their career) who are looking for "seed" opportunities where they can grow into a high-level Sales or Account Management role.
- Compensation: $25-28 per hour on a 40-hour work week
