Simple Staffing is recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of New York Life.

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs
• Present insurance and financial protection solutions tailored to each client’s situation
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through ongoing service and policy reviews
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, and follow‑up
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is handled according to regulatory guidelines
• Participate in training and professional development programs
• Contribute to business development through networking, referrals, and community engagement

• Previous sales, customer service, or relationship‑based experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Professional attitude and commitment to providing excellent client service
• B or multilingual skills are a plus
