Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

As an equal opportunity employer, we are looking for a passionate leader to provide a roadmap to excellence for our close to 100 studios in development. The Regional Sales Manager will be supporting Franchise Owners as they transition from Pre-Sale to our sustainable business model as an open studio. The RSM will be responsible for insuring each Yoga Six location meets membership and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale marketing plan
  • Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening
  • Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General Managers
  • Review club operations with the GM and the Franchise Owner
  • Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff
  • Coach studios on customer service best-practices
  • Advise on Grand Opening plans, community outreach and other business needs
Requirements:
  • Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales
  • Pre-sale or start up experience preferred
  • Fitness franchise experience highly preferred
  • Experience with grassroots marketing
  • Experience with Club Ready, Mind Body or other gym POS & CRMs
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
