As a vital part of our team, you ll be tasked with building an organic pipeline and carrying it through to develop a true book of business as an accomplished hunter.
Located in vibrant Orange County, our team is seeking individuals who are self-motivated and driven by a passion for excellence and growth. We believe in nurturing talent and providing valuable support and mentorship to help you thrive.
Compensation- $100,000-$150,000 Base Salary in year 1
- Uncapped New Business Commission Structure
- Yearly Renewal Business Commissions

- 4 year college degree or relevant work experience in client-facing role
- 3-5 years of Outside Sales/Cold Calling experience
- Knowledge of basic insurance concepts and willingness to undergo comprehensive training in benefits products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a sales-oriented environment
- Proficiency in software applications commonly used in an office environment
- CA Health & Life license or attainment within 90 days (employer sponsored)
