We’re looking for a BDC Sales Representative at Genesis of Irvine who enjoys conversations, staying organized, and turning interest into appointments.
Core Responsibilities- Engage and convert inbound sales leads through phone, text, email, and digital inquiries, with the goal of setting high-quality showroom appointments
- Take ownership of the sales conversation by qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, and confidently guiding customers to the next step
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments while maintaining accurate CRM notes and pipeline activity
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive appointment show rates, maximize sales opportunities, and support overall dealership performance
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong phone skills and solid computer proficiency, including comfort using a CRM and multiple communication platforms
Previous BDC, inside sales, or automotive experience preferred
