Starting pay: $21

Quarterly reviews for hourly pay increases up to $25 per hour

$800 monthly bonuses based on store performance

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hiring and training Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
• Maintaining a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Managing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walking customers to their rooms and teaching them how to use the tanning equipment
• Attending off‑site sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
