WOW is currently looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive who will join our client in Irvine, California; we are looking for someone passionate about engaging with clients and prospects.
As a Inside Sales Executive, you will build a pipeline and follow up on inbound leads. This position is in-house and the perfect role for someone looking to grow and expand their career with a market leader. The ideal candidate will come from a product-based sales role and experience dealing with builders and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales process through inbound leads, understanding the customers needs and requirements, and qualifying inbound leads
- Create sales opportunities through qualification of inbound leads for fit/interest
- Understand the products, applications and installation
- Research leads before contacting for visibility
- Maintain a customer call schedule ensuring all customers are serviced at appropriate levels according to customer size and/or sales opportunity
- Promote all applicable product lines to each inbound customer
- Expand sales to existing accounts by introducing new products and services
- Ensure inbound sales generated have sustainable profit margins
- Collaborate with internal teams to dive into sales activities.
- Account management, nurturing existing relationships, and repeat business.
- Participate and network at trade events and lunch and learns.
About You:
- Experience working with KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong experience managing leads and closing deals.
- Strong phone-based sales experience.
- Proven experience in a lead generation role and ability to close sales.
- Previous experience with selling products to the Architectural and Design (A&D) community would be an advantage.
- A background in specification sales, lighting, furniture, or similar is ideal.
- Driven hunter mentality with a strong desire to grow your career.
