As a Salesperson, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. You’re a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and a key player in creating a super purchasing experience. You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine service to any customer who inquires online or in store.

We’re looking for a great listener with an outgoing, guest-service approach to daily responsibilities; someone who exhibits empathy and also enjoys competition. We encourage all candidates with previous dealership Sales success to take advantage of our free, industry leading sales training program.

What You’ll Do

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
