Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $32.00/hr

McKinley Elevator sells, installs and services top of the line equipment in the accessibility lift industry. We are a team of industry experts with strong mechanical and construction aptitude who build relationships to maximize the potential of individual territories. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and a 401k. Can earn up to $130,000 in year 1 in this salary plus commission role.

Key Responsibilities , Tasks And Activities
  • Promote and sell our service department, including PM agreements, with every customer.
  • Qualifying and quoting service work generated from tech write-ups (Dash 1s).
  • Handles incoming customer calls and emails requesting service estimates, including effective qualifying of needs and quoting of services.
  • Update and maintain accurate data in  (CRM).
  • Diligent follow up on all open opportunities/quotes and tracking progress within Salesforce.
  • Review details of any quote/order with the customer.
  • Maintain consistent communication with each customer. Phone calls are preferred.
  • All activity documented in Salesforce to assist with prioritization and effective management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting.
  • Frequent telephone use, speaks and hears well enough to communicate with others.
  • Must be able to see well enough to read the computer screen, drawings, etc.
  • Grasping/Feeling: must be able to write, type, manipulate a mouse and use telephone system.
  • Ability to think and process information quickly, clearly and accurately.
