Outside Sales Representative

Empire Today is looking for a driven, energetic outside sales professional to join our team. You will meet with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs and provide in-home estimates. Pre-qualified leads are available in general proximity to the area, and you can leverage the strength of a well-known brand to grow your business through referrals and prospecting.

• Represent a quality brand in the industry and serve customers for over 60 years
• Engage with customers through pre-qualified leads and in-home visits
• Operate on a 100% commission model with commission bonuses
• Earn with uncapped commissions and weekly pay opportunities
• Attend paid training and participate in ongoing learning opportunities
• Utilize a tablet and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation
• Present professionally, including Empire-branded apparel
• Maintain a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards and drive to customer locations
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
• Collaborate and grow within a nationwide business with growth opportunities

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with space for flooring sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices during presentations
• Strong customer service skills and professional presentation, including Empire-branded apparel
• Willingness to attend sales meetings and training sessions in person or virtually
