Starting pay: $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly and monthly
• Assist with daily store manager administrative work
• Assist with training new‑hire sales associates
• Ensure team members adhere to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open and close the business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment for first‑time users
• Attend off‑site sales and job training sessions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours per day)
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
