Navien is seeking a Loyalty Programs Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs, including administration of the company’s Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong communication and customer service skills who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing and is familiar with the plumbing and HVAC industries or with the wholesale distribution channel.
The Loyalty Programs Coordinator works closely with sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of customer programs, events, and marketing initiatives.
- MDF Program Administration
- Provide customer support to MDF participants and respond to program inquiries
- Review MDF pre-approval and reimbursement requests for compliance with program guidelines
- Coordinate with Inside Sales and National Sales Managers to allocate MDF budgets across key accounts
- Monitor account activity and budgets within the MDF portal
- Ensure adherence to program guidelines and deadlines
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for management and leadership
- Assist with the annual update and distribution of MDF program guidelines
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to maintain and update the MDF portal and Company Store platforms
- Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate small- to mid-size customer events tied to MDF activities
- Manage logistics including itineraries, travel, catering, group activities, and vendor payments
- Serve as on-site host for select after-hours events and activities
- Coordinate internal and customer meetings or events (up to 200+ attendees) as needed
- Administrative Support
- Monitor incoming customer communications via phone and email and route inquiries appropriately
- Track MDF-related expenses, secure required approvals, and reconcile transactions in a timely manner
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, conditional formatting, and basic charting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting marketing programs, loyalty programs, or customer initiatives
- Familiarity with wholesale distribution channels and manufacturer representative networks
- Corporate or customer event planning experience

Pay Scale: $26-$28 per hour (DOE) + plus annual bonus opportunity!
