** Job Responsibilities :
** The Retail Sales Intern will support the Sales team with day-to-day operations, reporting, and analysis related to retail and e-commerce performance. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales operations, account support, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Finance. The intern will assist in data analysis, sales reporting, and execution of initiatives that support revenue growth and retail excellence.
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Support the Sales team in tracking and analyzing retail and e‐commerce sales performance, including weekly and monthly reporting.
* Assist with sales forecasts, promotional analysis, and performance dashboards.
* Help maintain accurate sales data, pricing information, and product listings across internal systems and retail platforms.
* Coordinate with cross‐functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to support sales initiatives and product launches.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Assist with preparation of presentations and materials for internal reviews and retail partner meetings.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales organization as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.## Pre-Requisites :

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
* Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‐functional teams.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to sales, marketing, business analytics, retail, or e‐commerce.
* Familiarity with online retail platforms, sales dashboards, or CRM systems is a plus.
* Comfort working with numbers, forecasts, and performance metrics.##
** Salary Ranges (per month):**$3,300.00 - $5,200.00
