Assist in overseeing, directing, and coordinating the planning, organizing, training, and leadership of restaurant staff necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service.

[Responsibilities]
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of
- Fully understand and comply with all regulations, policies, and requirements about employment, cleanliness, safety, etc.
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Perform some food preparation and customer service.
- Develop restaurant objectives, budgets, policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Supervise and participate in activities in kitchen and dining area.
- Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups.
- Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
- Control and perform various financial activities.
- Investigate and resolve complaints and problems in the store.
- Control inventories and purchase supplies and equipment needed.
- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
- Specify food portions and courses, production and time sequences, and workstation and equipment arrangements.
- Perform employee management such as employment, training, scheduling, and termination.
- Conduct meetings and collaborate with other personnel.
- Monitor and review 3rd party sales platforms.
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.
[Qualifications]
- 2+ Years of experience in restaurant and/or hospitality management
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, Task management software
- California Food Manager Certification
- Fluent in Korean and English, both oral and written is a huge plus
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
